➽ It was constructed by M/S VEE KAY Builders with the BhoomiPujan Ceremony performed on 1/10/1968.
➽ Inaugurated by Shri V.C. Patel, Custodian, Central Bank Of India on Sunday, 31st May, 1970.

➽ Currently the housing society proudly accommodates 105 members of mixed fraternities/occupations.
➽ Eight buildings, 105 flats, 300 plus people staying together.
